Idag börjar den Svenska Matfestivalen på allvar.
Inger har jobbat med den hela våren och äntligen skall frukten skördas.
Det har flugits in svensk mat och svenska kockar, svensk sprit skall serveras och drickas, kan det bli bättre, hoppas bara att de fick med sig Kalles Kaviar för det saknar jag just nu.

Actual Swedish food has been transported here, Swedish chefs is here, Swedish alcohol will be served, can things be better, I only hope they got some Kalles Kaviar there ....
